The Mountain CAP Family Support Program provides essential supportive services to help  families obtain or maintain safe, affordable housing in Braxton, Lewis, Upshur, and Webster counties. The program folows a “Housing First” model which is based on the belief that housing is a basic necessity and prioritizes providing permanent housing to people experiencing homelessness, thus ending their homelessness and serving as a platform from which they can pursue personal goals and improve their quality of life.
