Mountain Community Action Partnership of WV, Inc., a CDC (Mountain CAP) is an active leader and advocate on local and state levels for growth in communities in West Virginia. The agency promotes and empowers family and individual success through a comprehensive approach to education, employment, community health, social involvement, and safe, affordable housing. Mountain CAP creates partnerships within our communities to maximize existing resources, to improve infrastructure, and to encourage long-term economic expansion.

 

Mountain CAP is a private 501(C)(3) nonprofit Community Development Corporation (CDC) providing services for low-income families in West Virginia. Agency programs operate in many counties throughout West Virginia including, but not limited to Braxton, Upshur, and Webster Counties (which are the state assigned Community Action counties).
