Family Support Program
The Mountain CAP Family Support Program provides essential supportive services to assist domestic violence survivors, youth ages 16–24, and families in obtaining or maintaining safe, stable, and affordable housing in Braxton, Lewis, Upshur, and Webster counties. Through individualized case management, housing stabilization services, rental assistance, and connections to community resources, the program helps individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness overcome barriers to housing. By providing ongoing support and empowering participants to achieve their goals, the program promotes long-term housing stability, self-sufficiency, and improved quality of life.
